I have over thirty years of experience. I have been a CEO, deputy CEO, VP of Marketing, entrepreneur, and business owner. I also spent years in the worlds of advertising and branding. I've been through a lot — on different sides of the table.
But I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to think with you. To look at things together. To provide an outside perspective. To have conversations that are hard to have with your own team. To ask questions that perhaps no one else is asking. And ultimately, to find the way forward that couldn't be seen before.

Cracking the Strategy

I don't develop strategy through a long formal process that takes months. I work differently — through a method I developed after years of working on challenges that seemed unsolvable. It's a method for cracking big challenges. It allows us to reach breakthroughs within hours or days, not months. This is not because we work "fast and dirty", but because we ask the precise questions.

The moment I love most is when something suddenly opens up. When a new idea appears and with it the thought: "Wait — why didn't we think of this before?" That's the point at which goals that seemed impossible become possible. It's surprising, exciting, and feels like magic. I know that sounds bold — but it's true.

There is a principle that guides me constantly: business success stems from customer behavior. The question is: will your customers behave in a way that achieves your goals? That's why every strategy I develop is built on a deep understanding of what drives people, what makes them want something, what makes them act.
